1.1. You can return the purchased goods to us within a period of 14 days from the purchase of the goods, provided that the goods were purchased in the appropriate quality.
1.2. You can return goods of poor quality that do not meet the description or have manufacturing defects within a period of 24 months.
1.3. In order to return an item, the item must be unused, with labels, and so on. It must also be in the original packaging. The exception shall apply in cases where it is not possible to inspect the goods without unpacking them from the original packaging.
1.4. When returning the product – we may ask for a document (invoice or receipt) confirming your purchase. Personal data must match the person who returns the item and purchased it.
2. Refunds
2.1. K2.1. We will send you an email as soon as you receive and verify your refund. An email informing you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of your refund confirmation or rejection and the reason for the rejection.
2.2. If the refund is confirmed, your refund will be processed and the amount paid for the item (or items) will be refunded back to your bank account as specified in the notice of the return of the item (or items).
2.3. The buyer shall be refunded the amount paid for the goods and for delivery at the time of purchase, if the buyer was subject to an additional charge for delivery of the goods at the time of purchase within 14 days from the date of the buyer’s request to the seller. The seller returns the money (which was paid at the time of purchase including delivery tax, if applicable at the time of purchase) within fourteen days of receiving the buyer’s notice of return and uses the same payment method as the buyer used to purchase the goods from the seller. , unless the buyer indicates another method of return when returning the goods. This provision is based on Article 6.228 (11) (2) of the Civil Code.
3. Replacement of goods
3.1. We may replace the purchased product with a new one if a) The product you received is of poor quality; b) The product is torn, broken or the like. c) If the product you have purchased does not match the order you have made, for example: you have not received the size you ordered, etc. d) Damaged during transport.
3.2. We cannot replace the purchased product if a) You have removed the labels from the product. b) You damaged it yourself (or yourself) during inspection, unpacking, etc.

4. Delivery

4.2. When returning the goods, the buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods and these costs are not reimbursed by the seller. (Eg: You return the item via LP Express and pay the courier X for the delivery, we will refund you the price of the item and the shipping fee paid at the time of purchase to the address you provided.)
4.3. Depending on where you live, the time it can take to receive your item.
