1. General provisions

3. Buyer’s rights and obligations.

3.4. The Buyer has the right to purchase the contract of sale of goods in accordance with the conditions provided in the Rules of the Return Policy.

4. Seller’s rights and obligations.

5. Ordering goods, prices, payment procedure, terms.

6. Delivery of goods.
6.1. The buyer undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods and to pay the cost of delivery of the goods.
6.2. The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that the Buyer is unable to accept the goods himself and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer shall not be entitled to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.
6.3. The goods are sent to the Buyer within 2 working days from the confirmation of payment.
6.4. In all cases, the Seller is released from liability for non-compliance with the terms of delivery of goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are not delivered on time due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.
6.5. The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the consignment is received in a damaged package, if the consignment received unordered goods or their incorrect quantity, incomplete goods.
6.6. The buyer must e-mail provide the Seller with photos of the damaged parcel and / or product (s) by e-mail.
7. Quality of goods, guarantees.
7.1. All data of the goods sold in the online store “Rudne.com” are indicated in the product description attached to each product.
7.2. The quantities of goods shown in the store in the photos are not always related to the price of the goods – the price of goods can be represented by more than one unit. 7.3. Where there is no time limit for guaranteeing the quality or suitability for use of the item, the buyer may file claims for defects in the item within a reasonable time, but not later than two years from the date of delivery, unless the law or contract provides for a longer term. The term for filing claims for defects in the transported or mailed items shall be calculated from the day of delivery of the items to the destination. (CK 6,338 st. 2d).
8. Marketing and information.
8.1. The seller can organize various promotions and offers in the online store “Rudne.com”.
8.2. The seller has the right to unilaterally, without separate notice, change the terms of the shares, as well as cancel them. Any change or cancellation of the terms and conditions of the shares shall take effect from the moment of their change or cancellation.
8.3. The Seller sends notifications to the Buyer to the e-mail address specified in the Buyer’s purchase form.
8.4. The Buyer sends all notifications and questions to the Seller’s e-mail. the contacts listed in the “Contacts” section of the store.
8.5. The Seller shall not be liable if the Buyer does not receive the sent information or confirmation messages due to internet connection, e-mail service provider network failures, messages entering the SPAM catalog, or due to incorrect data provided by the Buyer.
8.6 The Buyer’s personal data may be processed for marketing purposes under the conditions specified in Clause 2.4 of these Rules.
9. Final provisions.
9.1. All disputes and misunderstandings arising between the Buyer and the Seller shall be settled by mutual agreement of the parties.
